Its also my favourite month of the year, March (my birthday is around the corner) so it was a no brainer today when I finally ventured outside into the warmth and into Forever 21 and saw these shoes that spoke to me, uttering the words "Hello, lover" a la Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City...
